From the deepest peace
Through torturous rage
Laughter resounds
Truth and release
Call home my inner sage
Stories about ordinary things
From the deepest peace
Through torturous rage
Laughter resounds
Truth and release
Call home my inner sage
So many emotions being relayed. I particularly like the last line.

Hi there, it’s really nice to hear from you, thank your for kind words.
The idea arose when I was commenting on this post which would have to be considered inspirational in light of what I learned… http://justacrazydreamer.com/2014/11/21/being-still-learnings-from-a-tree/

Perhaps they are not so far away from each other as one would imagine. Fascinating food for thought Robyn. Thank you and have a super weekend. 🙂

You too Nomzi, thanks for stopping by.
Simply considering the relationship between the two has brought me so much delightful learning. It seems that everyone gets to experience these emotions at an overwhelming level at some point in their lives. The question I was trying to respond to when I arrived at this poem was around the concept of suppressed rage. I simply asked myself why we don’t have also have the idea of suppressed laughter… and then I laughed… a lot 🙂

😀 It’s contagious. I love laughing. What is amazing is how both release powerful energies. Fascinating food for thought on a Sunday morning Robyn. Fascinating. 😀

This is simple yet profound. Keep them coming Robyn. You already have enough of these heartfelt poems and prose for a book. 🙂
